Grass Fed Gourmet Steaks

Take care not to overcook; grass-fed beef cooks faster. Rare to medium is best to maintain the juices and natural tenderness. After cooking - tent with foil and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.

Tenderloin of Beef (filet)

Naturally, the most tender cut. Best served medium rare with a delicate bernaise sauce. Reserve this delicacy for your special meals. Hand cut a minimum of 1 1/2" thick.

Ribeye

A long-time favorite with our customers because of its rich flavor and tenderness. Possibly the perfect steak for grilling.
