Take care not to overcook; grass-fed beef cooks faster. Rare to medium is best to maintain
the juices and natural tenderness. Our suggested steak plan is SEAR-REST-COOK-REST.  Rest for 10 min under foil before eating.

Tenderloin of Beef (filet)

Naturally, the most tender cut. Best served medium rare with a delicate bernaise sauce. Reserve this delicacy for your special meals. Hand cut a minimum of 1 1/2" thick.
 
2 per package.  Available in 4oz size for those wanting a smaller portion or a standard 8oz size.
Ribeye

A long-time favorite with our customers because of its rich flavor and tenderness. Possibly the perfect steak for grilling.

New York Strip

New York or Kansas City? Who cares... enjoy this hearty steak with grilled asparagus hot from the grill. Cut from the large side of the Porterhouse or T-bone.

Flat Iron Steak

The best for grass fed fajitas.  Cook low and slow after adding some great dry seasonings as a rub and then cut on the bias to get a tender and flavorful piece of beef.   1 per package.
