Suet is Beef Fat (sometimes called Tallow) melted down and strained for purity.  Common Uses for Suet include soaps, lip balms, candles, bird feed, leather restorer and many others...the time it takes to go through the process of rendering the fat keeps people from using it, so we did the work for you.  Each jar holds 8oz of rendered Suet strained twice through cheese cloth to make it as clean and pure as possible.
